Recently, the Department of Agriculture and rural areas of Guangdong province and the Bank of China Guangdong Branch jointly issued the work plan for jointly promoting financial services for rural revitalization by the Department of Agriculture and rural areas of Guangdong province and the Bank of China Guangdong Branch (hereinafter referred to as the work plan) , the 21 prefecture and city agricultural and rural bureaus in the province and the branches of the Bank of China in Guangdong province will work together to provide better and more efficient financial services for Guangdong's agricultural and rural development.
According to the work plan, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Guangdong Province and the Bank of China Guangdong branch will focus on key tasks such as rural industrial development, improvement of rural living environment and poverty alleviation, taking into account the characteristics of the Guangdong region, in accordance with the requirements of high-quality development, we should take the implementation of rural revitalization as the general starting point, promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side as the main line, and comprehensively improve the level of serving“Agriculture, rural areas and farmers”.
The two sides will focus on supporting high-quality agricultural development, ensuring stable production and supply of agricultural products, improving the management of rural collective investment, rural infrastructure and rural public services, and winning the poverty alleviation war, give full play to the advantages of the bank of China's series of special products benefiting farmers, actively explore investment and financing channels, and make every effort to ensure the accelerated development of“One county, one garden, one town, one industry, and one village, one product.” It will help to build a modern agricultural industrial system, production system and management system, and jointly promote the revitalization of rural industries, talents, culture, ecology and organizations.
